Return Policy 

All sales are final unless we made a mistake and sent the incorrect item or if the item arrived damaged. We are very small business business so unfortunately returns and exchanges can end up costing us more money than the sale. Please read product descriptions carefully to make sure you know what will arrive.

Please closely inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receiving it if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it. Make sure to take and share pictures with us so we may effectively assess the problem.  

We cannot accept returns for digital drawings, personalized items, or t-shirts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Returns: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll process a partial refund, excluding the shipping cost, as it has been paid in full to the post office and they do not refund this amount. The approved refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
