Q: What shipping options do you have available?

I ship from Puerto Rico using Pirateship.  Once you input your address, all available shipping options for your location should appear.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! But I’m hoping to have that resolved in order to ship internationally soon :) We currently ship to the USA and Puerto Rico

 

Q: When will my order arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days to process and package your shipment. Once it is shipped, you may check your tracking number for updates. If you placed a small order for only stickers, please keep in mind these will be sent via stamp without tracking and may take longer.

 

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final unless we made a mistake and sent the incorrect item. We are a very small business business so unfortunately returns and exchanges can end up costing us more money than the sale. Please read product descriptions carefully to make sure you know what will arrive. If your order is missing or arrived damaged please contact us at contact@pinkstuffbyadriana.com

If the product arrived damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with pictures. We’ll try our very best to help you.

 

Q: My package is missing :(

First, check to see if the address you provided is correct. If the info provided was incorrect, the package should be returned to me. Once returned you may pay for the shipping once again to have the package resent to you.

Check other places the package may have arrived to: post office, concierge, neighbors, etc.

If a package is “stuck” in transit please allow at least 3 weeks before reporting it missing, unfortunately this is a problem that may happen from time to time.

Q: Do you do wholesale orders?

I can! Please email me at contact pinkstuffbyadriana@gmail.com with your inquiry. Depending on the items requested, a wholesale order may take several additional weeks to process and prepare.

 

Q: Can I buy your products in person?
